Noe Valley Chamber Music’s mission is to demystify the classical music experience by presenting first-rate performances of both traditional and innovative chamber music in an intimate setting, thereby enhancing the connection between audience and performers.

Description:
We provide an inexpensive and high quality chamber music series each year in the sanctuary of Noe Valley Ministry, an acoustical gem. Tickets are $18/15 and our audience capacity is about 100 persons. We showcase Bay Area performers, and produce a wide-range of chamber music from October through June. Concerts are informal, and promote interaction between the artists and the audience. We could use help with our concert preparation, administrative tasks, and concert promotion. You would get to hear amazing concerts and learn about fundraising, special events, arts administration, web design, and more.

History:
NVCM began in 1992 by a group of dedicated chamber music lovers who saw the potential of presenting a series in the Noe Valley Ministry sanctuary. Stellar musicians and vocalists have performed with us regularly. We have very loyal audience members, some who have been with us from the beginning. We have featured world premieres by local composers and regularly feature musicians from the San Francisco Symphony and the San Francisco Opera.
