The Animals Asia Foundation is a Hong Kong based non-profit with a US Office located in San Francisco. We work to protect animals throughout Asia, most notably the Asiatic Black Bear(Moon Bear) which is farmed for bile. We run a sanctuary for rescued bears in Chengdu, China and run educational and fundraising campaigns globally to support the sanctuary. We also work to elevate the status of dogs and cats in Asian society through educational and animal assisted therapy programs.
