To provide interior design and renovation services for the nonprofit sector in the San Francisco Bay Area

Design Response believes that an agency that is well designed, professional and welcoming will be better able to achieve its mission. Through our innovative model of combining pro bono design services with donations of high quality recycled furniture we are able to achieve a renovation at a fraction of market cost, leveraging scarce nonprofit dollars by a factor of 7.
History:
Founded in 1992 by an interior designer and child psychologist, Design Response has upgraded the facilities of over 350 nonprofit agencies in the Bay Area. We work with a broad spectrum of nonprofit agencies spanning the gamut of social service needs.
