To create lasting relationships with those who are Victims of Violent Crime(VOVC) in an effort to mend and help heal the emotional and psychological scars that are left behind through various programs, support services, and activities.

Description:
Connect families with support services that are available to VOVC

Establish lasting relationships with VOVC as a way of offering continued support

Hold annual fundraising events to raise money and awareness for families and individuals who are VOVC

Establish mentorship programs for the children who are VOVC

Organize monthly meetings for individuals and families who are VOVC to create a sense of community

Assist in helping the children who are VOVC continue their education by assisting with scholarship money for high school and college

Conduct annual toy drives to benefit the children who are VOVC

History:
Reaching Over Boundaries was founded in 2003 by Easop Winston. After assessing the many problems that plague our communities Reaching Over Boundaries chose to focus on VOVC. This vision wouldn't become a reality until the fall of 2007. Reaching Over Boundaries will work tirelessly to carry out both its mission and vision.
