ABOUT SFFCT
The San Francisco Free Civic Theatre is a free adult drama program of the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department. We produce 4-5 shows a year in public venues, with a varied selection of original works, classic theatre and adaptations. All participants are volunteers committed to presenting free public theatre. Performances are always FREE and open to the public--no tickets, no box office, no charge.
REHEARSALS:
Most rehearsals take place at the West Portal Recreation Center in SF.

History:
The San Francisco Free Civic Theatre premiered in December 2000, and has since produced 20+ productions in various public venues throughout SF. We are part of the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, and participants both on-stage and backstage are all volunteers.
