4Cs is a non-profit organization serving children and families in San Mateo County. We are responsible for the Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) for San Mateo County that gives subsidized child care to eligible families. We also provide resources and services to parents and child care providers including workshops, learning tools, education, and referrals to other community agencies. Our organization is constantly looking for new and better ways to serve the families in our community.
