Description:
The Community Child Care Coordinating Council (4C’s) of Alameda County is a private non-profit organization that has been providing services to families, children and child care providers since 1972. We are committed to working with all others toward the development of an integrated coordinated system of child care and related services for families and children. Our mission is to develop and coordinate resources to strengthen families and children. Today, 4C’s offers a variety of programs throughout Alameda County and serves over 11,000 children and 6,000 families.

To meet the needs of the culturally diverse communities we serve, 4C’s employs many bi-cultural and bilingual staff. Our services and publications are offered in Spanish, Farsi, Chinese, and Vietnamese and we have staff who speaks these languages as well as many others.
