
CityTrees is a volunteer-based non-profit organization improving the environment and building community in Redwood City through a coordinated program of tree planting, pruning, and education.
Description:
We plant and care for street trees in Redwood City. We work in cooperation with the City. Typically we plant on Saturday mornings. Pruning events are on Sat. mornings, or during the summer during weekday evenings.
We have monthly board meetings.
History:
Since founded several years ago, we've planted over 2,000 trees.
