ALC is a non profit public benefit organization helping active adults 55 years and older by providing low cost housing in desirable areas. Our communities are single family homes that provide private rooms for rent. Each community is organized by local project committees to ensure healthy, safe, affordable living.
History:
A Lelaind Community (ALC) formerly Lavender Communities was incorporated April 2009. Our office is located in Oakland, CA. Our Board of Directors bring over 30 years of combined experience in real estate and housing.
