Until we can create a world without Alzheimer's disease, we will organize to support persons affected with AD and their families.
History:
The Alzheimer's Association was founded in 1980 by family members and health care professionals. The Northern California chapter is one of 80 chapters nationwide, whose mission is to find a cure for AD and to foster the support of families and loved ones.
