Description:
Equal Rights Advocates in a public interest law firm. Since opening its doors in 1974, ERA has been a leader in the legal fight for women's equality. ERA works to eradicate illegal discriminatory practices that deny women advancement opportunities, equal compensation and access to certain occupations. ERA enforces family and medical leave and pregnancy protections laws and is active in the effort to establish paid family and medical leave.
