Description:
Palcare is a place where children feel safe and secure,night and day. An environment exists in which children can develop a strong sense of identity and self esteem. A curriculum is developed in which children's emerging physical, intellectual, and social skills are fostered and enhanced.

History:
Palcare was created in 1993 to provide child-care and early education for families with different work schedules. Members from labor, management and government joined together to create this truly unique center.
