Description:
Our goal is to raise the standard for the production, marketing and promotion of CSF. We will work to support and engage the artistic community by making their participation as rewarding and gratifying an experience as possible. We shall make this possible by comitting to incorporate the following measures: Provide funding for Prizes, as well as technical support for production costs to assist and develop the quality of the artistic production for several categories of parade contingents. Establish a Carnaval Advisory Committee (CAC) to advise on and recommend on policies regarding the artistic, strategic and financial needs of the Parade and Festival Production. Include as stakeholders of the CAC, members of our Community Based Arts and Cultural Organizations, local Schools and Merchant Associations to be active representatives of our community.
