Caritas Creek is a community of caring individuals who are dedicated to providing a playful, fun-filled, and challenging environmental education experience in a natural setting.

Description:
Caritas Creek empowers students to discover their own wonder and develop a personal connection with the divine through adventure-based education in nature and interactions with a culturally diverse community.
As a cabin leader at Caritas Creek, you will be the key element of the students' experience. You will be responsible the emotional and physical safety of eight campers from the ages of 10-14 for five days and nights. As you with provide a spirit-filled experience for the campers, you will find yourself laughing and crying and changing along with them.

History:
Caritas Creek was founded in December of 1975 by a community of Oakland educators. Their shared vision was to offer the experience of hands-on environmental education and social development to children from all different socio-economic backgrounds. As of 2007, Caritas Creek moved from our long-time home in Occidental, to a neighboring town of Cazadero.
