The receptionist is the face of IEP. You will be the ambassador to the community. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Set the tone of the clinic which embraces clients and supports positive and cohesive teamwork.
• Work with the entire staff and other volunteers to achieve clinical efficacy and high client satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth flow of patients.
• Answer phones in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain clear front desk procedures.
• Must be able to attend a training befor starting this postition.
• Minimum experience required is one year of office experience and proficiency in computer based data collection systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Clear handwriting.
• A cool calm but friendly manner.
