The YMCA Board of Managers is vested with responsibility for the management and direction of the Buchanan YMCA. In general, Board responsibilities cover planning and policy decisions, financial development, and monitoring implementation of policy decisions to ensure achievement of goals and objectives. Previous nonprofit board experience is desired. Have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and have impact on the community that the YMCA serves. Orientation to the Buchanan YMCA operations is provided. Board Member must be able to commitment to 2 - 4 hours a month and meet on a monthly basis. This opportunity is sponsored by: Buchanan YMCA
