The San Francisco VA Downtown Clinic needs a volunteer to assist veterans who come to use our washer and dryer, our shower and who need to go through our free clothing. The volunteer will work closely with a staff person to insure veterans are accompanied at all times.
A volunteer is needed at least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 3 days per week.
Volunteers will be working with homeless veterans and should feel comfortable with this group. Volunteers must be pleasant and treat all veterans and staff with courtesy and respect.
